These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Core Advantage Systems LLC ("Core Advantage AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Core Advantage AI provides AI-powered voicemail/receptionist automation, website design, and related business communication tools on a subscription basis. Features vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.

2. Subscription & Billing

Services are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information required to configure your service, including but not limited to legal business name, contact details, and any information required for SMS/text-message carrier compliance (A2P 10DLC registration).

4. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party platforms (including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Stripe, and telecommunications carriers). We are not responsible for outages, delays, or limitations caused by these third-party providers.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While our AI system is designed to capture leads and reduce missed calls, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or booking volumes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Advantage Systems LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
